Returns & Exchanges
1. Refunds
We will offer "no questions asked refunds" on any new order for at least 12 hours after it's been submitted. For every order, you will be able to see if it's still refundable or not just by looking at the order status. Typically, we won't be able to refund an order once it's been queued for production. Depending on the products included into the order, that time may vary, but it'll never be less than 12 hours.
2. Returns and exchanges
For any product that's been customized for you, we will accept limited returns and exchanges for up to 30 days since the producthas been delivered to you. This may or may not inolve us asking you to clarify the reasons as to why you are looking to return or exchange a product, and, generally, the product will need to be faulty in some way for us to approve such requests.
For any product that has not been customized, you will be able to return that product for a partial refund for up to 30 days since the product has been delivered to you. We may choose to subtract our original order shipping fees from the refund amount.
3. Return shipping fees
When returning a product to us, you are responsible for paying your own shipping fees.
4. Currency rate fluctuations
We use Canadian Dollar on this site. You can pay in any currency, though, and the amount you'll be charged when placing an order depends on the currency conversion rates. Similarly, when issuing a full or partial refund, we will calculate the amount in Canadian Dollars, and it will be convered to your currency by our payment provider. This may cause refunded amount to be slighly different from what you paid originally - sometimes it'll be less than the original amount, and, sometimes, it'll be more.
