1. What kind of challenges do you offer?

2. How do I order a trophy?

To begin with, have a look at our trophies page. Some trophies can be ordered right away, but we would not call them trophies - those are stickers, possibly t-shirts, etc. In order to get a trophy with your own goal clearly visible on it, you will need to join a challenge first.

There are monthly and distance challenges, and, depending on which challenge you have decided to join, you may either need to finish it by the end of the month, or you may simply need to reach a certain goal. With our monthly challenges you will, usually, have an option to pick a goal that suits you from multiple choices.

Joining a challenge is free.

Once you've reached the goal of a challenge, you can submit your evidence as a screenshot/spreadsheet/pdf/etc. Please keep in mind that these challenges are not about competing with the others, they are more about motivating yourself. And we are not here to really dig into your evidence and figure out if it's accurate or not. There is no way we can, somehow, guarantee or enforce the authenticity of your evidence. We are assuming you'll be playing fair, so our goal is to simply help you double check those files and confirm that you've really earned the trophy.

Once we've approved your evidence, your trophy will be unlocked, and you will be able to order a customized trophy with your own achioeved goal displayed on it.

3. Are the same trophies avaialble for different months?

Not all of them, and typically we will be adding at least one new trophy per monthly challenge category every month, but we will also have existing trophies "on rotation", so you will be able to order "older" trophies, too. Though you may have to wait for a few months for those older ones to become avaialble again.

In other words, for every monthly challenge we will have one new trophy design and a few older ones.

No matter if the design is "new" or "old", each monthly trophy will have month, year, and goal clearly displayed on it. So, in theory, you could even decide to get the same trophy for each month, and you'll have 12 versions of that trophy with different month displayed on each one.

4. How soon will you get a trophy?

With the monthly challenges, we will typically be sending out the trophies in the first two weeks of the month. For our "goal-specific" challenges, we'll be usually fulfilling those orders a week or so after you've ordered a trophy.

5. Where are you located?

We are located in Ottawa, Canada.

6. Do you accept payments in <your currency here>?

Our prices are in Canadian Dollars. Technically we do not accept payment in other currency directly, so, if you choose to pay in USD/GBP/EUR/etc, it's totally fine, but the amount you pay will depend on the conversion rate at the time of the payment.

7. Which counties can you mail the trophies to?

When placing an order, you'll be able to choose a country from the list. Generally, we can ship to Canada, USA, EU, and UK. For Canada and EU, we will typically pay taxes and you won't have any duties to pay. For UK, you may have to pay customs duties, at least for now. For USA, it really depends on what happens to the tariffs.

8. How does custom text work?

Our trophies and medals are great, but you may want to add some kind of custom text to the back of the trophy. It could be as simple as "Awarded to <your name> for completing the challenge", or it can be something more elaborate. As long as the message is not longer than 150 characters, we should be able to fit it in. Make sure to check the spelling, think about whether you want your name to be part of the message, etc. Once the message has been engraved on the trophy, it cannot be undone. Keep in mind that there is, usually, an additional fee for custom text engraving. Here is an example:
